My name is Imena I am a permanent make up artist. I have been certified and trained in Microblading, Microshading, & Ombre brows, I also specialize in Henna/Brow tint & brow grooming. I have always had a passion for doing makeup for special events so I decided to utilize my skills to enhance all-natural beauties with my artistic skills.

Touch ups
TOUCHUPS are essential(call for appointment) This appointment cannot be booked online.
Please contact me via phone or email to schedule your complimentary touchup.
Please, be aware that this appointment is to be scheduled no earlier than 6 weeks from your initial appointment and no later than the 8 week mark. If you fail to contact me to schedule this courtesy appointment within that time frame, you will forfeit your opportunity and will need to then schedule as full Service instead of a Touchup Service.

SCHEDULING POLICIES
NO SHOW/CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY📞 (call for appointment)--------------
NO SHOW POLICY FOR NEW CLIENTS:
Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. If you No Call/No Show to your scheduled appointment, I will require another $50 deposit to re-schedule.
NO SHOW POLICY FOR TOUCH UPS
The first touchup, that I provide free of charge as a courtesy, is solely for your benefit. If you No Call/No Show to your complimentary touchup, you will not be able to reschedule it free of charge. Your complimentary touch-up does NOT allow for cancellations. Only time modifications if given at least 24 hours notice will be allowed, depending on availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that you please give me at least 24 hours (1 Days) notice if you need to cancel, so that I can make your time available to other clients. In the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours/1Days of your appointment time) you will forfeit your initial deposit and I will require another deposit to move forward.
I would never waste your time. Please extend the courtesy.
LATE POLICY
Kindly note, I have reserved both my time and yours. If you are running late, or will be, please call me as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 20 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your service. In this situation, we will discuss the options to reschedule at my next availability. Depending on the situation.
(Clients who arrive late more than once will forfeit their deposit)
